My mission is to help my clients of all ages achieve and maintain their maximum flexibility and mobility; to help them enjoy an active lifestyle, recover from injury or illness, improve their health, and age gracefully through the skillful application of massage and stretching techniques and education about health and fitness.
I believe massage is a necessity for good health, not a luxury. Free and easy movement of muscles makes all our body functions more efficient and healthy. Massage can help you sleep better, reduce stress, increase energy, strengthen your immune system, process food more effectively, relieve depression, and of course eliminate many aches and pains so you just feel better.
I graduated from Advanced Massage Therapeutics School of Massage in December 2013. I’m trained in a variety of modalities including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofacial massage, sports massage and injury assessment and treatment.
My areas of special interest are healthy workplaces, and support of active, balanced lifestyles.
